20 Oct COLORNOU drives the diversification and modernization of its industrial activity

COLORNOU has carried out an investment project aimed at diversifying our manufacturing activity, modernizing our dyeing processes, and adapting our facilities through the addition of a new business line.

One of the project’s primary actions has been the implementation of a new section for the manufacturing of metallic yarns. This new line complements our traditional yarn-dyeing activity, expands the company’s product range, and opens access to new specialized textile markets.

To accommodate this new operation, facility upgrade works were undertaken, including the adaptation of the production space, enclosures, access points, lighting, and the necessary electrical installation. Auxiliary equipment for material weighing, production management, and process traceability was also incorporated.

Furthermore, the project included the modernization of the dyeing section through the refurbishment of various autoclave components, recirculation systems, and water treatment, storage, and supply facilities. Upgraded control systems were also introduced to enhance automation, the management of dyeing parameters, and process traceability.

These initiatives are helping reduce production times and energy losses, improve dyeing uniformity and quality, increase production capacity, and strengthen the efficiency and reliability of industrial processes.

The project has been subsidized by the Generalitat Valenciana through the Grant program to support investments in reindustrialization carried out by SMEs in various industrial sectors of the Valencian Community (INPYME 2026), under file number INPYME/2026/1070, with an awarded grant of €79,153.70.

With this investment, COLORNOU reaffirms its commitment to diversification, technological modernization, manufacturing efficiency, and the strengthening of our industrial competitiveness.
